My hairdryer stopped working while still under guarantee. I took it back to Clicks expecting that they would just send it off to be repaired. I was most impressed that they immediately offered to exchange it, nine months after the original purchase date. They did not have the exact model of hairdryer but I was happy exchanging it for the same make and similar model. This ended up being cheaper than the original one that I purchased. They even refunded the difference. Thank you to the staff members and thank you Clicks. What a refreshing experience.
